At Simply Nails Bellevue, we are committed to providing high-quality services and a pleasant experience for every guest.

All services are considered final once completed. If you experience any discomfort or have concerns during your service, please notify your technician or a manager immediately so we may address the issue at the time of your visit.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, service adjustments or store credits may be considered at the sole discretion of management and must be requested before leaving the salon on the same day of service.

This policy allows us to ensure fairness, maintain service standards, and promptly resolve any concerns while you are still with us.
